Akio tends to wear the same clothes over and over again. He also doesn't really tend to his hair.
Shigeo doesn't know this (and Akio doesn't plan on saying it to him), but Akio only really moved to the island to persuade Shigeo to move, too. He's finding the island to be a nice place to be in, though.
He always tags along with other Miis wherever possible and make silly gestures in the background when they talk. He gets happy when people copy him back.
He's a good listener, but not very good at words. Miis still like hanging out with him though.
Him and Shigeo have been friends ever since they were kids. Even though circumstances have led them to talk less than before, their bond still remains as strong as ever.
